Our outpatient physical and occupational therapy centers in Las Vegas, Henderson, Pahrump, and Boulder City are dedicated to providing the highest quality physical therapy and occupational therapy in Las Vegas and surrounding areas.

We offer pre-operative and post-operative therapy, as well as non-operative therapy for injuries caused by work, trauma, or overuse. Every treatment plan is personalized, focusing on manual therapy techniques and therapeutic exercises to help you regain full function, reduce pain, and enhance your quality of life.

I went to Optimal Therapy due to losing part of my finger and it was so bad I could not look at it, had little mobility with it and no self confidence....the staff and I mean ENTIRE STAFF really do care and in a period of five weeks of doing one hour rehabilitation 2 to 3 times week, well they got my life back....they will push you in a positive way to do what you think is impossible. Matt and his team gave me the motivation both verbal and physical to the point I could overcome the situation!! Very personable, friendly, and knowledgeable staff. They always got me in early or right on time. Would remember my name and what my workout was. They just makes anyone feel good. Equipment , bathrooms and office were super clean. I have already recommended they to others needing their services.

My son was referred here for physical therapy after being diagnosed with AMPS. They are wonderful! All of them! Lauren at the front desk is an absolute gem! She is friendly and very helpful! Percy put my son at ease and they bonded instantly. The initial evaluation was very thorough and we left with a game plan set. Since my son started attending PT here he has been able to be more active and he looks forward to his weekly appointments. Facility is clean and Percy is thorough in what he explains and advises. Will only use this place from now on for our PT needs.
